Federal crime yes, he was accused for crossing a state line with weapons with a crime in mind. The claim was put by FBI Agent Justin Holgate, ex Fox Cameraman and Sports Anchor (quite a coinsidence). The court was rescheduled after February 10th meeting to discuss "the possibility of a non-trial disposition". This might have been already done.
IMDB page with list of short films having him as an actor. I've seen the page, I might have an archive link if it's later updated to have no films.
Purpose to have public acceptance for acts against citizen journalism (you should have guessed that, right?)

Thanks for your opinions and I'm happy to discuss more if needed. Let's try to end up with if there's more reasonable amount of evidence to support false flag. IMO yes, there still is. I'll also edit the post because of the deferal charge.
