Thus far in the Citizens Investigation into Pizzagate there has been restraint shown in terms of acts of Vigilantism. The one ‘notable exception’ – that of Edgar Maddison Welch is widely regarded as a faux Vigilante / crisis actor on account of 1) the fact that he is an IMBD listed actor, but news reports oddly omitted this as his vocation, 2) the impossibly convenient matter of the singular bullet he fired going allegedly through a cupboard door and killing James Alefantis’ computer, (which may have been the host of hundreds of gigabytes of undisclosed files that have no explicable reason for being formerly available on pizza shop’s website) thus destroying anything digital forensics might add to the matter, and 3) he and his father’s connections to Haiti /Chidren’s oriented NGO’s, a primary suspected source of ‘traffickable humans’.
I am unaware of ANYONE who visits these pages who actually regards Welch as a genuine concerned citizen and not a hoax. If so, speak now or forever hold your piece.
However, this restraint in Vigilantism amongst the general public may not last forever given the nature of crimes being committed.
In light of recent setbacks and further delays in substantive action, this posting is a proposed public statement on behalf of the informal International Child Protection Advocates Community. With demonstrations pending, it is in part an attempt to prevent ‘explosions’ of outrage which may be destructive, and attempt to give direction to frustration, and also provides a sort of strategy going forward in the prospect of inadequate arrests/law enforcement actions.
(I would appreciate anyone with a presence on Reddit, Steemit 4Chan and/or other relevant platforms – and in other languages - taking a copy of this there and reporting back to me after one week (25 March) of any consensus or commonly reiterated recommendations)
Please feel free to voice your support/condemnation/cautions/recommendations etc. If this gets over, say 100 upvoats I will regard it as a reasonable consensus to progress, however I will repost with alterations etc before making it the ‘official’ (in whatever limited authority we have to import that) document.
International Child Protection Advocates Community (ICPAC) Public Statement: Countdown to Vigilantism
In the wake of successive outrages proving beyond doubt that there is a direct connection between political power and human trafficking and paedophilia rings for the purpose of coercion (Dutroux, Saville, Franklin cover-up, Epstein, Silsby, Hastert and now Pizzagate/Pedogate) the general public advises the Establishment (including media, judiciary, law enforcement, security, child protective ‘services’, lawmakers & Deep State) that the lack of corrective action is utterly unacceptable and the continuing threat to the safety of children is beyond the pale for a civilized polity.
Thus far the informal ICPAC has been beyond patient in waiting and expecting law enforcement to do its job and for the media to play an appropriately supportive role. The overwhelming consensus thus far has been to strenuously reject any sentiments of Vigilantism.
In the known sum of human congress, however, it is expected that continued inaction and injustice will render the ICPAC in its best intentions unable control its participant’s discretion and stridency in efforts to protect our community’s children and eventually this may lead to unlawful actions.
In the same capacity that the failure of the unjust British to heed successive petitions for justice from reasonable Americans led inevitably to the War of Independence, it cannot be guaranteed that individuals within the ICPAC will not similarly come to rebuke the allowable confines of redress. The ICPAC currently advises against such measures, but it hereby gives the Establishment Public Notice that this position is not indefinite.
This Statement is a declaration that the Governments of Western Civilization have 365 days to make substantive measures against the paedophile ring(s) known to occupy many dark alcoves of the Halls of Power before the general ICPAC revokes its recommendation against unlawful measures in the interests of child protection.
Within this 365 days the ICPAC expects to see many of the following actions taken by the Establishment:
-
Formal investigation concluded by an arrest of John and Tony Podesta and James Alefantis or, failing that, an official Government Law Enforcement statement that explains to the general public in specific and transparent terms how the body evidence against them does not warrant arrest
-
An arrest of at least 5 Congress or Senate from both Republican and Democratic Parties who were associate participants / clients of the Podesta’s, Hastert, Epstein and/or the Franklin cover-up
-
An arrest of at least 5 British Parliamentarians complicit in the activities of Jimmy Saville
-
A reversal of recent ‘progressive’ media attempts to normalise and soften public perception of paedophilia and a strident effort on behalf of the media to demonstrate that it is committed to public safety first and not the reputations and careers of prominent politicians
-
A cessation of the practice of cash bonuses to ‘child protection services’ taking children off their biological parents who, in whatever capacity of functionality, are statistically far less likely to engage in molestation and trafficking than non-biological parents
-
A review and overhaul of the overall NGO sector tasked with the protection of children, orphanages, missing and exploited children etc to excise from it the many worrying associations and connections to known child traffickers and artists displaying questionable commitment to the preservation of children’s innocence
-
A judicial review of inappropriately low sentences given to high-profile convicts of paedophile acts
-
Official regulatory requests to the heads of social media to enact a cessation of the practices of censorship of content posted by citizens in the interests of protecting children. Should they fail to voluntarily comply, it would be hoped and expected that the Government should publicly shame them in the most high profile manner possible.¬¬
At the conclusion of this 365 day timeframe, the ICPAC will reconsider its position based on the sum total of actions by the requested parties. If the perception remains that there is a clear and present danger to the children in our communities and that high-powered paedophiles continue to be generally above the consequences expected of general citizenry for crimes of equivalence, the ICPAC may no longer recommend against its members confining their activism to within the scope of lawfully accepted activities, and shall adopt a position of neutrality towards any unorthodox activities of those feeling compelled to “Do as thou Conscience wilt”.

As I've only lurked until now, I'll keep this simple. I am not arguing for or against the thoughts contained in this manifesto. I just want to suggest that it be tabled for a while, because it is still too soon for such measures. Why?
Very shortly after Trump won, he asked Preet Bharara to stay on as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. This is the federal office that would deal with the Weiner/Abedin computer case.
NYT original report of Bharara staying on
Since then, we have seen a long string of stories confirming that Trump and Sessions are determined to go after child trafficking all the way to "the highest levels". This includes somewhere between 1,500 and 2,000 arrests, and hundreds of victims rescued. But there has been virtually nothing in the Weiner/Abedin case, which Bharara would logically be responsible for. Now Bharara has been fired, and the NYT and other left-leaning media are suggesting it is because he was investigating someone in Trump's cabinet, or for some other nefarious reason.
I draw no conclusions about Bharara's motive for defying Sessions. Someone in his position has plenty of friends and plenty of enemies. Even the most honest of men can cave to the right kind of threat. There is speculation on Zero Hedge, for those who want to pursue that question:
Zero Hedge discusses Bharara firing
My point is simple. Bharara was fired nine days ago. His deputy, Joon Kim, took over as interim U.S. Attorney for the SDNY six days ago.
The delays that are driving the frustrated comments on this manifesto have actually been very short, not much longer than is normal in Washington politics. First, of course, Trump had to take office. Confirmation for Sessions was delayed by maybe a week longer than is typical for that position; but then on the same day he was sworn in, February 9, Trump signed an executive order directing all federal agencies to vigorously enforce the laws against trafficking. Then Sessions had four weeks in which to review the resumes of 93 U.S. Attorneys, not to mention get firm control of the FBI, and decide what to do with Comey and the rest of the utterly corrupt DOJ. After four weeks (during which more traffickers were rounded up than in the previous three to four years), he decided that Bharara would have to go with the rest. We don't know why, and even if these were normal times it would be rash to assume. Possibly Bharara is corrupt (unlikely); possibly he was dragging his feet on Weiner/Abedin because he was being threatened or had some conflict of interest (more likely); possibly there is some mundane personality/HR issue. We don't know. We don't need to know. What matters is that his deputy has so far had one working week to pick up his portfolio, in perhaps the busiest U.S. Attorney office in the country.
Again, I'm not criticizing this manifesto. Frankly, I'm trying my best to be completely neutral about that. As a newcomer, my opinion does not carry much weight. But facts and dates should. I'm just suggesting that action on Pizzagate/Pedogate/Weinergate requires certain administrative and political obstacles to be removed, and by Washington standards they are being knocked down at amazing speed. There isn't a need to issue this document right now, regardless of its merits. And I think even as a newcomer, I am allowed to say: Talk about mob justice and hanging is really, really premature. REALLY premature.
inb4 I am denounced as a Jewish shill working for David Brock and/or David Seaman and/or Rothschilds. You shouldn't denounce someone on a first date, it's rude. :-)

you dont sound shillish at all, perfectly reasonable position. My considered rejoinder, though, would be to posit that the podesta leaks - admittedly only being 5-6 months old - are not the starting point of this continuum of feet dragging
365 days is a long timeframe for substantive action, and I'm not suggesting 'ALL OUR DEMANDS MUST BE MET' - if there's enough movement in that year to restore faith, there needn't have to be a full and total wind-up of the global satanic cabal to satisfy the community within that year. So long as we get th collective sense it is being addressed and not swept under the rug

If we're trying to fix the date when all this horror started, we could go back to the assassination of JFK. Or the Franklin coverup. Or the killing of Vince Foster. It has been a long, horrible, dark chapter in American history, and I understand why people are frustrated and tired.
This is for everyone to decide, and I've had my say. I just want people to also keep in mind the YUGE progress that has been made in the past six weeks. Thanks.

thanks for your contribution. I think folks are still a bit nervous, all the knives are out for trump and despite the many little fish, there's been no-one arrested of enough stature that the mainstream media cant ignore it.
So we remain in a position where if Trump is stopped the whole thing can be swept under the rug again. Look at the pitiful turn out for the march yesterday. Belgium after the Dutroux affair had a 300 000 person march and they still werent really given satisfactory results
