Everyone calling newswire a fake news source, but I do believe it was this news source that reported about ISIS getting funding from US like several months prior to any other news source. So it's at least a hope that this Weiner thing is legit.

How do they do this? Playing to your emotions. They either completely make up stories or they put misleading headlines on real news stories and surround a few real facts with button-pushing nonsense.
