He is saying to the judge that once you hear all of this, you will automatically see this girl has no case and I should win because of what I am telling you is she has no case to win and she can eat crap and die. So it is a step-by-step show your poker hand Motion. The problem here is the girl was a minor when all this took place so both parties agreed to seal the case. That means Joe Public like Mike can't go to the court house and get a copy. In most cases, you can do just that. If you want to read all the juicy details of someone's lawsuit you can unless there is a Protective Order to keep it out of public's eye. The judge has ruled previously that all the details will remain secret. Because Mike has file a Motion to get this document, the girl's attorney is filing a Motion to Quash with the court and they have to give a copy to Mike because it involves his Motion requesting this document. The reason you cannot see anything (redacted, is because this case is sealed by the Court. In cases dealing with minors, the Court will also throw everyone out of the Courtroom because it deals with a minor and they are protected from prying minds/eyes.
