It appears there are over 600 other filings in reference to this case. It's impossible to prove he is or isn't based on a completely redacted motion.
I'm not sure. It might, but when I was sued my ex sued to modify our divorce and it was the same case number for over 5 years until it got transferred to another county. Maybe it would, if he filed in a different county. But most likely he filed in the same exact court.

What I understand from this is that Cernovich is intervening together with Dershowitz to unseal records AGAINST the wishes of an abuse victim.
Apart from the fact that the doc does NOT show him being sued, isn't that al we need to know?

Because he displays the document as proof that he is in fact being sued, while even in its redacted form its clear that he isn't because it isn't.

Wouldn't a separate lawsuit to unseal brought by intervenor have a different case number?
