wow. This gives some insight into the case. It has been docketed 253 times! Here's an unredacted Judge's Decision and Order regarding the motion to quash the Subpoena of Paul Cassell.

This part explains the redaction Cernovich received

"Further complicating the situation, two cases in Florida relate to this case. Those cases, like the New York case, involve subject matter that can be inflammatory and involves criminal prosecutions. Therefore, all of these cases involve confidentiality issues and sealing orders. Judge Sweet already has knowledge of how these cases interact and the meaning of the orders in his case as well as those in the Florida cases. "

It looks weird. Cassell is a witness and at one point was the Plaintiff's attorney? I don't have time to read all of this.. but interesting.

**EDIT: HOWEVER, it is my conclusion that this may, in fact, be a new motion to quash, as evidenced by the filing date of 3/3/17. The decision I linked here is dated 6/30/16. **
