Let me start off by saying that I believe in second chances. And I believe in taking people at their word. I never followed David Seaman but knew he was becoming a big face of the Pizzagate sphere, for better or worse. It got more and more clear over time that while people on Youtube and Twitter eat up whatever Seaman says that he had at best a mixed reception here at Voat. And by that I mean mostly negative. I never looked too much into the criticisms. At the face of it I thought it was nitpicking and I didn't want to assume bad faith.
Then one day I opened up my Twitter notifications and the newest alert was that David Seaman just followed my account. Pretty cool, I guess. I didn't follow himbefore he rage-quit Twitter for gab. I didn't follow him on gab either. I honestly wasn't impressed by his personality I suppose. He seemed kind of phony in his videos (personality-wise). Or maybe overly emotional, which was why I was worried about his (canceled) Daily Show appearance. I knew he worked at Huffington Post at some point, which I just automatically associate with low IQ's. But generally I felt he was just being hated on for no real reason.
I started these threads to encourage Voat and Seaman to clear the air:

https://voat.co/v/pizzagatewhatever/1647373
My main objective I guess was for Pizzagate research to go more smoothly, without infighting. Because at the end of the day we're about catching pedo fucks. I was met with some hostility, and I responded in kind. I realize now that the distrust for David may be warranted. Britt Pettibone told me he was an awesome guy in the past. So I didn't see the motivations of Seaman. Someone responded to the above topics linked that Seaman preys on cute young girls. I was weary. I messaged him on Twitter and asked to either set up an Ask Me Anything with him on Voat or to relay questions to him so he wouldn't be bombarded by attacks.
I basically straight up said I'll give you a handicap because Voat doesn't like you and I want you to say your piece. And what happened? You guys were right. He flipped out on me and called me biased, went hysterical about accusations I never even brought up, bragged about how many people he's woken up, and then rage-quit by unfollowing me. I was shocked. I never had strong feelings one way or the other about Seaman and just wanted to open a dialogue. And he freaked out at me.

EDIT: After I messaged him I wrote this tweet expressing skepticism about all these rising journalists leaching off Pizzagate for name recognition-

Guess who immediately responded back saying I was the one being dramatic? LOL. GTFO.

So @Gammi @Forgetmenot @Don-Keyhote @TruthTrumps @nomorepepperoni @CipherPuppet @Flat_Truth @Antonius @Ramona @cantsleepawink @l4l1lul3l0 @LeHappyMerchant @Hey_Sunshine I want to apologize. Whether I argued with you or whether I promised to ask him questions on your behalf things didn't turn out how I thought they would. My bad.

Leave @David_Seaman the fuck alone already. Why do you care so much? Why do you bother making these long ranting posts about him constantly, every fucking day? It's tired already. It blatantly obvious you guys are paid to sit at your desks all day long slandering him because he has an excellent message on different topics. If you don't like it, go drink a Bloody Mary and pray to Satan you morons. None of these posts will convince others that David Seaman is anything you say he is. You twist his words trying to make him look bad but all anyone needs to do is watch one of his videos wherein he explains things and we know who is right on. Keep up the good fight David. I stand with you on awareness for Pizzagate 100% and thank you for all you are doing getting the message out there and not hiding behind a screen like many of us are because we are afraid of coming forward on YouTube.

What are you even talking about? I've made one topic before this about Seaman and it was in defense of him. I literally said he should be given the benefit of the doubt after the Sandusky arrest and I was attacked for it. I ate shit because I thought we should hear him out. I reached out to him to ask him to answer questions for Voat, with the handicap of filtering out rude ones, and he blew up on me. Don't get it twisted. What's funny is your defensiveness without having actually read the OP apparently, coupled with your bizarre claim I make topics about him every day, makes me think you're either him or shilling on his behalf. You've never even made a submission here. I have, read through them. Calling me a satanist? Really?

Why are you willing to spend so much energy on this? Whether the older posts in favor of him, or the one you're doing now in disfavor of him. Let him advocate pizzagate in his way and as he wishes, what difference does it make? Don't follow/watch him if you don't like him. You don't need to pay attention to him if you're here, because he adds nothing new (he's a vulgarizer/advertiser, not an investigator).
Put your time and talent to better use on the investigation please.

In all fairness, love him or hate him, Seaman knows how to get under people's skin.

I don't follow or watch him. That's a strawman argument. I'm using energy informing Voaters about his nature because unlike Seaman I care enough about this community to be transparent about what I know.
