I posted this in the comments yesterday in the Trolley Park/Faceook thread and got some suggestions to make it into a thread, which I think it may deserve because this connection hasn't been made before afaik.
Richard Dubeshter is the ANC commisioner for the district where Pegasus and JA's blue house are located. Dubeshter is also an RE agent for Evers&Co Real Estate, owned and run by Donna Evers. Evers&Co sponsors Transformer, and Donna's daughter Andrea Evers, who also works at Evers&Co, is on the Board of Directors of Alefantis' Transformer.
A related RE agency is BCCDC Real Estate, which lists the same Art Director and Operations Manager as Evers&Co. That agency is run by Marcie Sandalow, sister-in-law to Judith Sandalow.
Judith Sandalow is smack in the middle of DC's child welfare, adoption and abuse prevention scene as Director of the Children's Law Center. She is also listed, along with the likes of Heather Podesta, as one of the most powerful female lawyers in Washington DC.
"'Judith has built an absolutely spectacular organization...a powerhouse in the public policy arena'. Sandalow has a personal stake in helping children consigned to the legal system. The same year she joined the Children's Law Center, she adopted two boys she had fostered."
Neighborhood management, Real Estate, Child protection and adoption services. Could be another network pattern.

Does this lady, from Richard Dubeshter's friendslist work for the same Alefantis Transformer you're talking about?

Yeah she's the contact listed in this Transformer invitation. The same invitation has the Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation as one of the sponsors.
The same Foundation that gave Judith Sandalow's Children Law Center her first grant, and many more after that.
