Pizzagate Gear Youtube Channel connected the walls that were listed In Werkinonmahnightcheeses' instagram. There was a website mentioned for the Pegasus museum mentioned in the video and it had the matched walls for the Werkinonmahnightcheese drilling photo. The video had the floor plans and everything. It also had the work permits pulled by alefontis for Pegasus Holdings. There were six permits. All of this was brilliantly explained in the video but since has been Kill. The channel Pizzagate Gear had about 200 subscribers I cannot find it is absolutely gone POOF wiped off the face of this Earth by youtube. If somebody mirrored we would be forever grateful.
BIGGEST OF FUCKING ALL IS SETH RICH WAS MURDERED IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD AS PEGASUS MUSEUM LOOK INTO THIS.

First of all, this is quite amazing work. Congrats on that!
Two issues:
The ceiling. The ceiling in the construction room with the trench looks too high for the Pegasus Museum.
Using rough measurements taken from the specs on the pingpong table at the Joola website, the rear wall in the construction trench room appears to be much wider than the back wall in the alley identified as the killroom wall.

You didn't take into account the floor surface that would have to be replaced after the trenches were dug. Could add at least 1' to the level of the finished floor, making the ceiling 1' lower relatively.
