Define good reputation mathematically, inside of a month you'll have bots that built up good rep to a couple of dummy accounts and the noise will continue. That's basically what they tried doing with the downvoat system and it failed spectacularly. The ultimate issue with any anon board will always be noise.
Good rep...why doesn't anyone go have a look at Kevdude's post history which is 99% complaining about moderation? and accusing others of being shills. After some odd interaction with said submitter I'm less comfortable with it being a mod here than I was before. I'm on some shill list and being accused of having 100+ other accounts. This is not the behavior of any responsible mod.

Hopefully they cleaned house a bit. It was apparent to me reading on my cell yesterday? that Alefantis has been posting on here...fuck knowing this place he's modding too.

Another idea is to allow people to contribute only if they have a good reputation here. There is way too much noise, still.
