Max Maccoby, director of Friends of the Orphans, the orphanage which child trafficker Laura Silsby was given children from, was also the attorney who represented defendants David Brock and James Alefantis for the $850,000 blackmail case.

Wouldn't having Max be Alefantis' lawyer for a personal lawsuit keep him (Maccoby) from being able to testify against him, due to lawyer-client confidentiality?

Would that be an incentive to HAVE the case exist in the first place?
