Obviously!

In Israel, the demographic problem is that Palestinians breed too fast, and Israelis are the ones getting abortions.

So abortions make the problem worse.

In America the problem is that blacks breed too fast, and blacks are the ones getting abortions.

So in America, abortions make the problem better.

He's just pro white / Western values, and chooses what helps people with these values grow faster than other people.
