Info about "Sealed Indictments" (QRV)

As a lawfag and advisor to law enforcement, here is something everyone should consider:

  1. The long list of sealed case files are not necessarily indictments.

  2. Most are, in fact, probably search warrants.

  3. Search warrants generally must be served on the person being searched (and/or suspect) at the time the search is conducted.

  4. HOWEVER, for electronic surveillance (wiretaps, stingray and GPS trackers, email/text/browsing histories) and on RARE OCCASIONS actual physical searches may be conducted surreptitiously, keeping the person/suspect unaware of the search, if the government petitions for such based on good cause to believe that either evidence will be destroyed or the suspect will abscond from prosecution.

  5. The secrecy is time-limited, but the government can continue to maintain those items under seal by renewing the petitions until the court determines that the items should be un-sealed or the government determines that the secrecy should be ended.

So:

A. Are there 60k indictments? Probably not, and there's no way to tell. It's extremely likely that there are significantly more than 1,000, though. However, there is a HUGE number of search warrants. Hmmmm...

B. So, what does the publicly known information tell us? Well, correlate the locations of the cases with the statutes related to the sealed cases. That should tell you A LOT.

Finally, someone who knows how PACER works. Ignore the SS fags who are here just trying to stir shit. There is a growing number of us who want to out Q for the LARP he is, but see the movement to drain the swap move forward and bring back justice to this country.

You're going to be waiting for a while on that LARP expose.

I mean, think about it logically for a moment. If Q really was a LARP, would they have actually made it a over a year without being exposed? Especially considering the people they have pointed those who follow them to? We're talking going out to the lake to try on a new pair of cement shoes, and sudden urges to put two bullets in the back of your own head territory here. In other words, people have been killed for far less by these very same people.

You don't exactly hide from these powerful people without some serious help and laying low. Q on the other hand has been very active this entire time.

Then there is the fact that Trump has not only not denounced Q or distanced himself from it, he's actually done the exact opposite. Provided what could be considered hints of being involved with Q. If POTUS or those around him thought that at any point Q could become a threat ot or harmful to them, wouldn't they have done the opposite of this? Taking this line of reasoning one step farther, the media will not directly ask POTUS about Q, however what theywill do is spend a lot of tiem and resources attacking Q. You have to admit, that is a good question.

To fulfill these conditions, it would mean that Q would have to be people somewhere and in positions of enough power that these bad actors cannot touch them, or at least not without great difficulty getting away with it; and people who POTUS and those close to him trust enough that they will not turn on them. Now when you consider that Q claims to be involved to be Military intelligence and close to the president, this would satisfy those conditions perfectly, yes?

With all of that said, which is now more likely? Q being a LARP, or Q being who they say they are?

I understand what you're saying, but it is NOT definitive. I HOPE that the Q Team is real but I am not entirely certain. It's also possible that this is a "double-blind". I'm not gonna get into that b/c everyone will start screaming "SHILL!" and pointing like the Invasion of the Body Snatchers, but I do note the absence of boom where it was clearly indicated. So that gives me a distinct "Trust But Verify" outlook on things.

Oh, I understand the skepticism. There is certainly room for it. Also, I'll admit that that is a very interesting theory.

I'm simply going by probability. The math more or less breaks the scale in favor of Q being legit. Especially when you consider two things: Q was able say Senator John McCains death of death to the exact minute, one month in advance. This claim is triangluated by 2 other things. Knowing that news of his death would break on following day, National Dog day. As well McCain being "put to death" and "executed" as former person accidentally slipped in an interview, and the latter a person stated directly.

However there is another thing that Q knew. Which was the announcement of the FISA warrant declass. Q correctly suggested when would happen, almost 4 months in advance. (During the emmys)

Q knew exactly when and how McCain died; as well as when the FISA declas woulf happen. You could state that these are coincidences, however what is the probability of Q getting not just one, but both of these correct? Now take these and add it to the three conditions above. (there are a good deal of other uncanny coincidences that could still be added to the pile favoring Q being legit, however I'm just simplifying to the two biggest in my opinion.)

At this point, I'd be willing to make the argument that the probability scale would more or less break in favor of Q being legit.

However if I am to be intellectually honest, I have to admit that all of this does not disprove your theory. I am simply arguing mathematical and logical probabilities.
