In this study, you can see that human resource management has spent a great deal of time learning how to create and prevent splitting in human groups in order to keep groups cohesive or break them apart, as needed.

In fact, the Robber's Cave experiment is a perfect example of how the basic ideas behind this are very, very easy to implement. It was framed as "realistic conflict theory."

An even more basic way to understand this is to see how a monkey reacts to the injustice of being paid differently for doing the same task. His outrage is palpable. This little monkey should inform you as to how easy it is to manipulate people using outrage. Don't be that little monkey.

Almost two months ago, I started getting PMs that were seemingly designed to create the idea that there were people against me. In particular, @Vindicator and @Crensch were named as people who were not big fans of mine and the idea was introduced that they wanted me banned. I'm leary of naming too many names, but @think- admitted to being one of these people.
Ever cautious, my response was a post on how to counteract David Brock shills. I basically tried to dumb down what I use to combat shills and gave instructions on how drown them out on Reddit.
I made a long post on 4chan, which @think- then suggested I share on /v/Pizzagate, with the understanding that we would work together on making conform to the rules of /v/Pizzagate, because it was originally made for 4chan. After I worked to correct the post, @Vindicator referred to me as acting like a David Brock shill, a sleeper shill, etc where I was trying to "baffle people with bullshit." I informed @Vindicator that I had a couple of people (my cousin, a computer science professor, and another family member, a lawyer) watching how all of this was about to go down. This was my cousin's idea, because he had just made it so the logs worked on my site and I had explained that we could expect a serious shill response. The legal ramifications of shills is an interesting one because you can potentially sue them and make money.
One of the first people who came to my site from the thread I posted used the address bar to search for George Tenet within my site. They did it wrong. Then, another computer logged in and did a slightly correct way of searching for George Tenet on my site.
The second probe was run using a computer on a CACI network with the login name "abramah." Naturally, I ran the name through the database I have of email and password combinations. You can find this, yourself, at haveibeenpwned.com, but I downloaded the whole database, so I could access both username and their corresponding passwords. This is what came back:
[email protected] goatblower
QinetiQ was contracted by CACI, the Defense Intelligence Agency contractor, to run unspecified Internet operations and founded QNAO (QinetiQ North American Operations). George Tenet was on their board. It seems one of his employees was searching for him and they are, most likely, a Voat shill, since they came from Voat within moments of my thread being posted and also chose the password "goatblower."
George Tenet now runs Allen & Co, which is the top of the media pyramid for FOX, Disney, Sports, Video Games, Health Insurance comapnies, etc. It is a "Proprietary" as managed by a Proprietary Management Group within the Deep State.
As soon as I started to expose the CACI logs and posted in /v/ProtectVoat, Voat had "technical issues" and puttitout made a sticky saying he was working on it and that was the moment @srayzie & Co all decided they hated me. Rather than try to have a conversation about it in a rational manner, they insisted on being insulting harassing and constantly pinging each other to downvote me... the exact stuff they have been doing to a lot of people.
Their job has been to destroy the Pizzagate movement by aligning it with Q, then waiting for the Q movement to be discredited. They run /v/Pizzagate as a limited hangout and everyone who has tried to politely reason with them gets insults and little brigades from the same exact group of people. If you don't post in exactly the manner they want, they invite you to post in a subverse that gets little to no attention. They make no effort, whatsoever, to promote the known facts onto other platforms and liberal strongholds.
In fact, they spend an inordinate amount of time "reverse concern trolling" by falsely identifying shills, then trying to convince everyone to brigade them which is a core aspect of creating "tension" and implementing "tension based strategies." They are trying to make outraged monkeys out of everyone.
In my opinion, they could start to prove they aren't shills by merely starting with taking a break from the Internet. They could blanket ban themselves from wasting their time insulting people and just use the normal functions to deal with shills sans all the outraged monkeys. The reason they act like this is because they are either immature to the extreme or because they are doing all of this on purpose.
When people repeatedly double down on dishonesty, they are proving my point.
Just recently, @Vindicator said that I accused him of DDoS'iong my site, which is a gross misrepresentation of what I said happened. Give that he has called me a shill and made a number of other untruthful statements means that he is double down on his dishonesty for a reason. When I first presented some of my findings in /v/PizzagateWhatever, he deleted it. I left all of their hateful words untouched in my own ignored subverse.
What is the best way to protect voat? It is to stop engaging in the different types of concern trolling and stay out of the drama. Personally, I think these people deserve a permanent ban because it is my opinion that this paradigm is a well established, well documented shill paradigm that they repeatedly adhere to. Doxxing is being selectively used as a tool of outrage, when, in fact, I've doxxed more people than I can count on Voat, including Rothschilds, NXIVM, Knesset members, FBI Agents and a lot more. Notice nobody ever complained about that. In fact, @Vindicator even seemed to like it when I handed out the emails to the lead Pizzagate investigators at the FBI.
/v/Pizzagate has had a reverse concern troll stickied for 5 months on @EsotericShade. Whether or not their accusations are true, does one problem person warrant a lot of drama laden exclamation marks and insulting circle jerk to represent the Pizzagate movement? No. It is more "Outrage Inc." For a group of people who hate when someone adds a few votes here and there, they are the prime abusers of ganging up on people and downvoting them into oblivion. They act exactly like TMOR and SRS. They are cancer. It would be best for Voat if these people were not in charge.
I absolutely invite polite discussion on any of these topics. Just know that nobody has been able to address it without the little TMOR insult downvote brigade. When it came to trying to convince this little group of anything, I gave up. However, it is clearly a large overarching problem all across Voat that a handful of people are responsible for and finally, everyone seems ready to listen. These aren't good people.
Subtract the things you do or do not agree with them on... politics, morality, whatever. Then just look at the behavior. They won. Outrage and insults won. Just in time for the OIG report, too.

It is impossible for me to know because most of the attacking is insults, not a presentation of facts. Either way, why in the world would I care about it 5 months later? Why not just make a presentation of facts and leave it at that? What is the purpose of going after them repeatedly for months on end? It is a waste of everyone's time.
Given that I was falsely accused of being a shill by these same people, how is it possible for me to know whether they are telling the truth or not about other potential shills who all seem to share a common thread... they don't support Q.
I am not taking a position on EsotericShade's shill status, I'm saying the way it is handled destroys any credibility because people who aren't shills are handled exactly the same way.
If we are talking about faking a consensus, that is exactly what this group of mods does by pinging their friends on everything they disagree with. If the mods are pushing a Q agenda... then we are looking at the same shoe on two different feet. They've been sliding by using outrage and "shill hunting" to slide, themselves.
They are literally no different than who they are attacking.

What would be your position on the way then that the GA sub has taken to banhammer those that they don't like?
I was one of the people that didn't like your previous posts and I publicly admit I am quite tempted to downvoting for the mere distrust I have on you but given the fact that I find this particular exposé interesting, indulge me with an answer on this.
Let's say you are right, let's say they engage in the Outrage strategy. What purpose does it have to shut down the dialogue from their sub directly? I have some considerations after reading your post but do want to see what you come up with.

To disillusion readers.
The target is most often not the people who are bantering back and forth. The juiciest target are the people who just read and never say anything. There are more of them, than anything else.
I think a good mod would not have done it and I think an experienced mod would have known it would cause outrage.
I also think that if you want to run a subverse in a crappy manner, then people will quickly start to drop off. Nature will take it's course. If I were site admin, I would do nothing. If I were Kevdude, I would say something because it is bad behavior. At this point, I have never had any desire to be responsible over any Internet community and I, personally, leave insults directed at me intact. I am saying what my opinion is because not only did I predict this, I wrote an article all about it before it happened.
Which of my previous posts do you question? I am happy to discuss it, I just gave up explaining because all of my evidence was countered with ad hominem attacks and going nowhere.
The ultimate goal will be to crush the pizzagate movement. Pizzagate has 2 week old posts on its front page. It is dying. It is losing momentum. The recent move in /v/GreatAwakening will have the same effect. In fact, by dragging /v/QRV into the mud, we can expect psychological momentum to slow there, as well.
Mueller just got up on TV and said Trump is not exonerated and the media needed this to keep THEIR momentum. This is all managed under one umbrella. It only takes one stubborn researcher to force the media machine to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to counter a few choice facts. Twitter just banned someone for connecting Antifa to journalists. Just one conversation with a lawyer about that ban costs thousands of dollars.
It is cheaper to pay minimum wage shills who attract followers who can run off good researchers for practically free.

The one of the possible doxx on @Vindicator after reading all the matter I ended up backing Vindicator up do to my concern of doxx apparently coming from you but by all means explain if you have the time.
There is something that doesn't add up here:
I saw multiple users backing the actions of the mod team with their banhammer to keep their community safe and focus on there main topic on the post that I did myself today. https://voat.co/v/GreatAwakening/3248084
So how is it that trying to run the sub down implies getting backed by their sub members into the equation here?
thewebofslime ago
I asked Voat what they thought I should do, since I do have access to more doxx than the average person. Basically, if you haven't changed your email password in the last year, I can find your passwords in about 1 minute. Without doxxing, I expressed that I have this information and I would share it, if it was the consensus. I never did. I merely stated that I have reason to believe his login credentials align with the login credentials of someone who probed my site.
And, not that I care anyone probed my site. I was mostly shocked that it happened so fast and within moments of the one and only downvote on my thread, at the time. We all know who that was. We set up fake wordpress links and fake tables full of FBI doxx for anyone who tried to send SQL injections, along with some other surprises. Additionally, when I raised my concerns, the attacks stopped. Forever. Meaning, it hasn't happened again since I made a fuss.
So, he claims that I am threatening to doxx everyone and begins being VERY dishonest. It wasn't a threat, it was more like... Hey guys, I have this information, what do I do with it? But, again, I was mostly met with insults and downvotes while I was making a legitimate effort to resolve what was going on. In the end, I decided to send all of the information to the bosses at CACI and CC'd the FBI... not that I expected them to do anything.
Multiple users, of course, will back the mods. But more users will start to be more careful and more will stop bothering with the drama altogether because Outrage Ince is a sign that a community is compromised. The organizational paradox is that people who have made an emotional investment will be more emotionally invested, now, but the community will have "split" because the people who are not emotionally invested will seek elsewhere and their participation will dwindle relative to what it was before the drama.
It is a basic function of cognitive dissonance and it is exactly what NXIVM does, though on a different scale.
Step 1: You get invited by the cool people to do a thing, then they ask you to join. In NXIVM's case, the class costs 20 grand, but don't worry, we'll front you and you can pay it off slowly.
Step 2: You hang out with the cool people and socially bond. In NXIVM's case, it results in getting liquored up and naked, where someone "accidentally" takes naked pictures of you. Now, not only are you emotionally invested, they've got a little blackmail on you.
It escalates from there.
Point being, the more people emotionally invest in something, the less likely they are to walk away from it. Economists and marketers refer to it as "the fallacy of sunk costs." A lot of pyramid schemes rely on this concept.
The other trick that exploits this in people is to ask someone a small favor. Then, a little later, ask them for a slightly larger favor. You can work people slowly up to doing something they would never otherwise have done, because you've basically neurolinguistically programmed/hypnotized them into working for you. Of course, everyone has their limits, that's why it has to be gradual. And, even then, there is a line you will eventually find a person has that they will not cross. That is when more advanced methods take over.
Point being, the process of splitting is supposed to retain a faction. Eventually, that faction will be split again.

I have tried to explain this to people, but I could not do it as well as you. Kudos, for doing it, and caring.

Thanks for reading. The truth is that the Tavistock Archives have tons of this stuff once you learn to read their esoteric psychobabble doublespeak. Basically, if they are telling you that "we are studying this to be able to make groups work together better" they really mean, "how to we make people feel as isolated as possible with the least amount of effort."
They have been running shill operations long before the Internet and their occult forefathers built the devil into the details.

Thank YOU for caring enough about humanity to post, in this "slime" of a lack of intellect back water. I appreciate it because its not often that I get a chance to chat about all this with somebody that has attempted to put as much study into this as I have. I think you have surpassed me though bro, and its not often that I am able to say that, but I like it :)
Absolutely one hundred percent spot on the mark. I just flip everything backwards and then whammo viola I have the truth. It gets easy after a while. :) Flip it upside down, and there it is. Never read the "Tavistock Archives" but I am well aware of who they are and what they do. Its like the secret society think tank...
True that. Over the last twenty years I have tried to read and learn as far back as we have documentation on this subject. It is thousands of years old. I busted my mind trying to decode the "code" and then I just settled for flipping it all backwards. Works for me. I tried to learn the Qlipoth Kaballah Gematria but I would have to learn Hebrew to make that work successfully, and i'm just not up for that at my age.
Thanx for busting your ass and trying to make a difference. I tried to do that for a long time but the mods at v/pizzagate wore me down. When Q came on the scene, it was an onslaught of bullshit and it wore me the hell out. Speaking of "onslaught" check out Walter Veith. They have scrubbed a lot of his stuff but here is one on Jesuit Theater and the "magic lantern." The original name of the video is changed because I don't think you can get it under it's original name which was "Jesuit Theater."
