Make sure you go into your Settings => User preferences => ENABLE NSFW content. QVR will show after that. Default Voat user setting blocks NSFW content.

FYI i never did get back into the soapbox black room after i accidently kicked myself off....LOL But thats probably a good thing i was spending way yyyy too much time there back in feb...and i would have wound up spending more time if i had gotten on air with a show which i expect would have happened considering my radio tv background. And i don't know where i would have found the time....LOL

Monitory fine around $1500. Mostly self regulating community but if people catch on they’ll report you to the fcc, then they’ll track you down. Tech license is dead easy and general license not to difficult. Plus you get assigned your own call sign.
