You're aware we have State Laws and Federal Laws and two different levels of law enforcement, on the Federal Level we have US Attorney who work for the Department of Justice? and on the Local level we have District Attorneys? Are you with me? Because this becomes important.
We are not talking about "the Wiener Investigation." We are talking about two separate investigations the federal Weiner investigation (FBI, US attorney) and the local Weiner investigation (NYPD, Manhattan District Attorney.)
So how does what you show disprove the other claim: NYPD did NOT hand over Weiner's laptop to the FBI. What evidence do you have to disprove that?
We know from the new information from yesterday where and how the feds got the laptop. We also know that the federal investigation ended in charges and Weiner pleaded guilty in federal court to federal crimes.
My contention is that the stories that appeared in several locations that the NYPD got the laptop and then the FBI wrested the case away from the NYPD is false.
My contention has stood up for over and a year and the evidence from yesterday strengthens my argument.
So please don't use those original claims as evidence. Please provide evidence that actually supports those claims. Yesterday we got some real deal evidence about the actual details of the FBI taking possession of the laptop.
Any evidence you provide should be in harmony with the real deal evidence we got yesterday.

The unsealing of the warrant is more evidence of what I said a year ago
