Let the "gender confusion" lawsuits begin and I look forward to them with glee. Seriously, this is how all the asbestos lawsuits began, we need to get the food industry and agriculture to change their ways.
What the article failed to mention were the effects on the females.
The female frogs started turning unnatural colors such as purple, blue and red, on average doubling their body weight, inviting snakes to their breeding grounds and reeeeeeeeeing about the pepetriarchy.
Alright. Doing some research on the subject I've found that, for one, the naturalnews article is copying an 8 year old article, and secondly, that Hayes's research has been called into question.
Isn't funny how when SciAm does an article about how the WTC came down due to thermal expansion it becomes gospel and indisputable, yet the same publication does a report on a banned (in the EU) but widely used chemical, suddenly the publication becomes disputable? Funny that...
Regarding the article age, if you had read the comments above you would see that we are all well aware this is old news, which is why Alex Jones has been saying they're turning the frogs gay for the better part of the last decade...
Scientific American is not an authoritative source. It's a popsci magazine that takes actual research and dumbs it down, and sometimes gets it wrong. Science is a moving target as our understanding of the problem changes.
You're thinking of transsexualism. Homosexuality is observed in most vertebrate species (not just humans) in about the same 10-15% ratio. Higher now that we've been pumping endocrine-disrupting chemicals into the environment with reckless abandon for about the past fifty years or so.
When ever I see people saying 'hur dur gay frogs' when ever something conspiracy related comes up on the reddit I link them the study from Berkeley that states just that.
The mental gymnastics is second to none. My personal favorite is 'of course it does!'
To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again: and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself -- that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word 'doublethink' involved the use of doublethink.
They didn’t turn gay, they changed sex from male to female.
“female, and proceeded to mate with other males and successfully produce viable eggs – even though they were all born as natural males at the beginning of the study.”
Misleading headline :/
They aren’t tranny’s. They generically changed from male to female. And after the change to female they were fertile. Tranny changes are purely aesthetic and non-biological in most cases.
An autocorrect error for a word with a 1 letter difference doesn’t invalidate my response. Your reply is asinine and contributes nothing to the general discussion.
The natural world doesn't have any concept of gender. Loads of animals have the ability to change sex if it is convenient for the survival of the species. All that's happening here is that this chemical apparently triggers this but the thing is this was already something that the frogs had the ability to do anyway. It doesn't make frogs gay any more than teaching a parrot to say "Fuck" teaches it English. Or any other analogy you could care to use.
“Just to be sure that the results weren’t erroneous, the researchers made sure to use male frogs with only ZZ sex chromosomes, meaning they couldn’t possibly have been hermaphrodites at the study’s outset. All 40 of the frogs were, in fact, males”
Why is this even in /v/conspiracy? Pesticides, medicines untreated in human and animal waste, and other pollutants causing effects like this and worse have been considered basic Intro to Biology shit for decades.
It stops being "conspiracy" tier when it becomes mainstream.
That ain't gonna happen. Scientific American article or no.
They'll admit it the exact moment it stops being highly profitable.
Like every other industrial hazard where it was known there were
long term health effects.
basic Intro to Biology
How many people have taken this class and yet still drink water from the tap?
What the article failed to mention were the effects on the females.
The female frogs started turning unnatural colors such as purple, blue and red, on average doubling their body weight, inviting snakes to their breeding grounds and reeeeeeeeeing about the pepetriarchy.
Not speaking specifically to Atrazine, but this and other effects of pollutants, run-off, and pesticides has been common knowledge in Freshman Bio 101 courses for several decades. Though from what I recall it was multi-legged and increased the population of hermaphrodites, but that was 3-4 decades ago.
Also estradiol. Remember when they stopped pushing amphibians as the end all be all for judging the effects of pollution? They didn't want to push women away from hormonal birth control that made them easier to manipulate
They present the "right thing" in the media, in the "wrong way".
Example: I started going back to watching The Real McCoys with Walter Brennan. You can see the show start off very traditional, but gently introduce they typical slide into degeneracy.
Grandpa is trying his best to keep the family together in traditional ways, but he does it in the most ridiculous of ways. He gets upset instead of being a strong leader. You'll notice how often what he says is correct, in the traditional sense, but he acts like an emotional sjw, being manipulative rather than direct.
Alex Jones is that guy. He says a lot of true stuff in the craziest way so it enacts social change. Anybody that repeats today lines now thinks of the crazy guy yelling or being manipulative and annoying. It's really a dirty trick cause it's simply a strawman based on being the loudest. Fucking Hollywood.
However with the advent of weaponized autism and people increasingly not all that concerned with someone acting crazy but telling the truth I think the pogrom is starting to backfire on them.
The problem with them trying to lead the opposition is that they have to be opposition. As far as I know Alex Jones was one of the very early people even talking about this shit. So their straw-man, if that's what he is (likely), its still inflicting real damage on the evil bastards.
What I personally am afraid of is that Trump, Alex Jones, alt-right... everything we can name off the top of our head that is on "our side" is just a smoke screen covering a changing of the guard.
Most of the people like Hillary Clinton are old. Having a very public rejection of them is a great way to get fresh blood in there doing the same things behind the scenes.
What I personally am afraid of is that Trump, Alex Jones, alt-right... everything we can name off the top of our head that is on "our side" is just a smoke screen covering a changing of the guard.
I'm convinced that the sentiment you're expressing here is correct, though I recently got a red pill that explains how this is the case. It's not necessarily that Trump is a globalist shill, I believe him when he implies nationalism, Americanism not globalism, I think Trump is genuine, I haven't been convinced otherwise.
However, "Americanism" is a loosely defined term that is quite relative. What culture does America have worth preserving? We have been full on corporate culture since the 1920s and that started collapsing at the end of the 50s, needing to be doubled down on more corporatism in the 60s and 70s. Globalism is a non national global corporate type system. Not necessarily explicitly corporate, but corporate in its function.
The red pill is Americanism is globalism.
The Left/Right dichotomy was born of the French Revolution at the same time the philosophy of human rights came about. Inspired by the Enlightenment, the constant push to deconstruct the current power structures leads to banker fueled revolutions over and over, but only making society more unstable and less traditional.
There is no simple way to share this red pill in a text comment, so I highly recommend listening to a lot of Jay Dyer and reading the books he recommends. He has a globalist book series from some big names that really explain why Trump isn't exactly a true opposition to their plan.
Now I'm still kinda waiting for the second term for him to really open up because that's what the game is. I hope to be surprised, but I don't believe America can truly turn around long term until we stop this incessant focus on the Luciferian doctrines of "liberty, equality, and fraternity".
