Genes determine how your brain is literally formed, you would have to be some sort of dualist which not even the most extreme christcucks these days believe and also have 0 evidence for. Intelligence comes from the physical makeup of the brain and is therefore genetic. Quantitative genetics like twin studies show IQ to be about 80% of the variance caused by genes, and that’s just average over life, in adulthood it’s probably about 90% since in childhood it can be as little as 50%. It’s not even an argument anymore, they are just denying reality. Brian volume correlates with IQ at around .4 as shown with MRI scans which is what anyone would expect. Guess which races have the smallest brains (not to mention more archaic shape) and which have the biggest? Niggers have small archaic skull shapes and Whites and East Asians have the more modern and bigger brains, who woulda thunk? Admixture studies show IQ to be genetic with western whites at around 101 and niggers (with 20% white admixture) at 86 and mulattos with 93. Exactly linear. Weight is not determined by genes because your body is a closed system. Your metabolism can be determined by genetics or environment (lazy fat fucks have lower) but at the end of the day the laws of thermodynamics cannot be broken. Reading does not drastically change your IQ. The only real way to change your iq is to partially destroy the brain. Maybe in childhood before full gene expression when environment is only like half of the variance it might matter. For instance those niggers raised in upper class families in adoption studies had IQs of around 93 (they also mature faster just like girls, tests on all but adults is pretty weird and in accurate due to the rate of maturation). Guess what happened as adults though? Right back to 85-86. And yes IQ is the best proxy for g in existence and make predictions powerfully and is therefore valid no matter how much you kick and scream and say “we don’t really have a way to measure it!” Maybe next time bud.

You should consider fully reading my post before replying. IQ is a measure of pattern recognition. Pattern recognition, like most instinctual processes in the brain, can be strengthened. Genetics determines your starting point, some people are born with more neurons attributed to pattern recognition and that has to do with geography and evolution. You can, however, strengthen those connections which raises IQ significantly. Conversely, those connections can also weaken with disuse/time. Secondly, IQ correlates with intelligence but it is not and should not be used as the predominant measure of intelligence. Intelligence, as anything else, is relative to your point of comparison. Someone might be a mathematical genius yet fail to understand physics. To a physicist, they are dumb. To a mathematician, they are an unbridled genius.

No, genetics determine your max point. You cannot increase your IQ beyond the capacity of what your brain is able to process. And on your second point you are talking about knowledge, not intelligence. Get over it, intelligence is about as deterministic as height. You clearly don't understand the neuroplasticity of the brain, even in adulthood. You can't change your height because it's determined by your spinal column(bone). You can increase the size and strength of muscles, however, such as the brain. An increase in muscle size or strength is not genetic, it is not passed on through reproduction. It is, nevertheless, possible and plausible. Moreover, I was precisely speaking of intelligence and not knowledge.
