It was a rough journey in the beginning. I was a wreck. I asked for help, went to treatment, 2 weeks in FL, 2 weeks in NJ. It sucked at first, but as each month went by, I felt better. Bad shit still happened, but I didn’t pick up a drink. It’s not impossible to stop. You are not weak if you ask for help with drinking. It means your strong enough to want to change your life.
