Start by boiling pig hocks.

Cut the meat in small chunks.

Make pork meat balls, boil in broth of choice.

Pull meatballs out and drop in carrots, tatters & shrooms.

Add browned flour.

Put meat back in.

Let simmer.

Enjoy your Ragoût de pattes de cochon.
