Sure, the top example that comes to mind that I've seen are people around here blaming Jews for low fertility rates amongst white people. People on here blame the Jews. And while the Jews may have something to do with it, actual studies have shown that once you empower women fertility rates go down. Jews aren't blameless, but they aren't the sole cause of every issue.
