Voat is dead. The movement is dead. I'm sorry @PuttItOut, but the ball @Atko passed to you, you made good with for a time, until about April 2018, then you dropped it and it has finally stopped bouncing. All the serious content left during the 2 week outage and never returned, leaving a vacuum to be filled by the QTard LARPers. It got so bad that the complete lack of leadership lead to petty battles between my friends and the invaders which made everyone on both sides look bad.

Lots of power users still pop by to visit, every few days, just like me, mainly out of habit, and fleeting hope that it will get better.

Ultimately this is Donald J. Trump Sr.'s fault. He failed us. When Trump announced his campaign, it lead to a huge surge in hope with us free thinkers, and Voat took off. Now that he has turned out to be a petty jackass instead of a God Emperor, so many of us have given up or lost our minds.

Which leads me to my final point. Mental health. There is no one left on Voat that is absent mental health problems. Everyone here is a mix of fun crazies and dangerous (in their own minds) crazies. Perhaps it is time to leave in hopes that we still can. There is nowhere else to go. This is the end of talking. For now on we are only our actions, and our inactions.
