That's not a barcode, that's a browser glitch. I bet the size of the gaps between bars depends on how fast you scroll. When you see it next, try scrolling very very slowly, pixels by pixel. You'll likely see the bars change to be veyy dense, or disappear entirely.

This seems like the most likely explanation to me given that it seems random, isn't reproducible and noone else seems to have had it happen to them.
