Well, with the influx of Arabs and ((others)) who hate Christians, the money grabbers want the Christmas money, but are not giving anything back to shoppers and residents. Definitely not a coincidence that from Manhattan to Long Island the lights and decorations never went up this year. More Hannukah candles than Xmas trees however, bigger and taller. Have not spotted a single seller of live Xmas trees on the streets, parking lots etc either. This is what happens when the Godless overrun our country, and own all the commercial real estate and businesses, they no longer have to honor Christmas.
Shameless Burlington Coat Factory is making workers work 2:00 pm to !2:15 a.m shift. No late night, out of ordinary hours time differential either. Last time I visit NY for Xmas again as family tradition. They'll have to come to us.

OP is full of shit.
I live in NYC and there are Christmas trees still for sale every other few blocks at all the same places in my neighborhood alone just like every year. Decorations are up.
The Rockefeller Christmas Tree is there in full glory.
Midtown has their decorations up like every year (one building's facade even burned because of their decorations), the Christmas tree at Tompkins Square and Washington Square Parks are there.
