This really should be nationwide. Easy to make a banner. Get a white long wall painting tarp, lay it down on the ground and paint it.

Make sure to lock the tarp in place against the fence once it’s up so it’s a bit more difficult to take down. Bonus points if it’s hanging on the outside of the fence.
