You guys know the Voat drill when Reddit bans something:

Single file lines!

Voat is too broke to get real servers so we must take turns. We must act civilized and share in an orderly fashion or else it just ends up looking like a Black Friday nightmare around here and no one wants that.

So pick your time slot and stick to it, no cheating. Everyone has a 30 second window to Voat. Go.

Don't beg, put in the effort to add something meaningfull to discussions and within no-time you're way above the needed CCP.

Pro-tip: Be one of the first to comment on new threads and you're most likely to gain the most CCP from that alone as lurkers will most likely upvoat the first comment they agree with.
