You guys know the Voat drill when Reddit bans something:

Single file lines!

Voat is too broke to get real servers so we must take turns. We must act civilized and share in an orderly fashion or else it just ends up looking like a Black Friday nightmare around here and no one wants that.

So pick your time slot and stick to it, no cheating. Everyone has a 30 second window to Voat. Go.

I’ve been thinking of listserve as a distant, ultimate backup. And you could block chain it and use tiers of encrypted keys to grant more and more selective access but permit broad participation at the bottom.
