My understanding is the funding for the site was removed?? By credit companies or something?? Someone else can offer more insight.
Pretty sure there's a bitcoin donation but I don't remember how to access it.

Yea I don't know if that wallet is still active, but all the payment processing companies (think PayPal) have rejected voat.
Last I heard there was an "angel donor" who put a ton of money into voat. But that was at least a year and a couple months ago.. Right after we almost went bankrupt.

From what I remember, it was something stupid like tens of thousands of dollars worth of bitcoins. Someone linked the wallet's history before, but I can't get to those bookmarks, atm. At the time, I think it was worth over $100,000. Not sure how much it would be now, or how much is even left.
