So I was hashing it out, looking into stuff myself and noticed something that I've not seen anyone talk about.
Putt said he was going to get on a regular schedule to post updates.

I will get on a regular schedule after this month by posting a GOAT statement on the 1st (or closest business day after) starting next month.
That was 11 months ago.
To me thats more fishy than anything else. I don't know or understand anything bitcoin. I don't care about what people say about his "tone" on a certain day. I don't even really care that he doesn't fix bugs too often. But saying you're going to do something (something this simple) and then just not doing it rubs me the wrong way.

Who cares. The site works and people post.

You should care if the only reason the site is due to the fact that putt was disappeared, and replaced with feds.

What, like I should imagine Putt is in Gitmo and fret a whole lot over his safety? Voat is just a forum on the internet. It's a nice forum and all that but just a forum.

People get disappeared over information all the time. This is nothing new. Look at what happened to Seth Rich. It's not like he's anywhere near the highest level target, nor the lowest.
People die everywhere around the world for far less than what Putt is allowing to have on the internet. It's just big enough of a site to be on the map, but it's not within the normiesphere of the internet. Lots of information gets dumped here. Lots of people have access to that sensitive information. If that kind of thing balloons, then it wouldn't be too far off from the imagination that people would die over it. I don't believe that you're "allowed", in a manner of speaking, to get as big as Reddit currently is, and have this kind of open, mostly unfettered, platform.
