I will get on a regular schedule after this month by posting a GOAT statement on the 1st (or closest business day after) starting next month.
That was 11 months ago.
To me thats more fishy than anything else. I don't know or understand anything bitcoin. I don't care about what people say about his "tone" on a certain day. I don't even really care that he doesn't fix bugs too often. But saying you're going to do something (something this simple) and then just not doing it rubs me the wrong way.

I've been a Voat goat nigh on to two years under different names. What I've noticed: the canary went missing months ago. Tons of shills and "gee Kanye West is a nice colored fella!" posts; i.e., itty-bitty lefties posting their crap all over the place; tons of spam and ZERO help from any mods when a problem arose. Too, tried and true members such as Empress and Needlestack attacked en masse! Holy shit! "WTF is happening to Voat and where the f*k is Putt?" Then not too long before the site went down, someone posted "can we create private subverses that are invite only" or something like that- bam. Voat was down not much after. My guess was loli shit and stuff that many- if not most of us want NOTHING TO DO WITH. That shit is terminal cancer and will (and should) kill a site faster than a muzzie decapitation. Anyway, If Putt would toss in a canary once in a while I'd be happy with that...we wouldn't be here if it weren't for his work and efforts. I'd hate to see this site disappear... This is my favorite website, hands down. Often funny and informative; I block the offensive and repulsive, enjoy the humor and the intelligent thoughtful posts. Voat is Internet 1991 believe me. Back in the day you saw and read whatever was on someone's mind and freedom of speech was real. Not so anymore. We need to keep it real and do whatever we can. One single person running this site is insane- hopefully Putt will be able to appoint reliable and competent people to assist him in running this site and keep it as uncensored as possible, yet out of the hands of the alphabet soup agencies.
