So I was hashing it out, looking into stuff myself and noticed something that I've not seen anyone talk about.
Putt said he was going to get on a regular schedule to post updates.

I will get on a regular schedule after this month by posting a GOAT statement on the 1st (or closest business day after) starting next month.
That was 11 months ago.
To me thats more fishy than anything else. I don't know or understand anything bitcoin. I don't care about what people say about his "tone" on a certain day. I don't even really care that he doesn't fix bugs too often. But saying you're going to do something (something this simple) and then just not doing it rubs me the wrong way.

Look at all the 'nothing to see here, stop asking questions, please continue posting' shills.

You would think that, on a website such as Voat, we would have more critical thinkers. People willing to actually question the status quo instead of senselessly defend it. There are a lot of incredibly valid questions being asked right now. They deserve answers. We all deserve answers.

Or you fucktards are malignant anti-vaxers chasing a squirrel up the wrong tree. Have any proof? No. Will this make any difference? No. Is this going anywhere? No.
Do you cats have a whole host of wild theories? Yes, and you won't shut up about it. Why don't you guys get over yourselves? If there were a conspiracy afoot, you'd be the last ones qualified to track it down.

The site went down for over two days, and we still haven't had an explanation as to what happened, nor an update to the Canary.
Raising awareness that the site may be compromised can make a difference, yes.
Numerous threads about this have been going to the front page of Voat for the past week.
And if there was a conspiracy afoot you would be carrying on as usual in blissful ignorance.
