Why? Do you feel entitled to an explanation? That is the problem with providing things to people for free, they quickly come to expect it and become upset when it is taken away.

There are already some goats working on voats replacement which ideally will have a team of people/admins running the place so there isn't a single point of failure. I've already volunteered my time to help with the programming.
Putt owes nobody anything. And nobody here owes him any loyalty either. He could have distributed the workload and taken on a few other admins but he didn't. That's on him. Or the there letter agency that really runs this place, IDK.
