He made this claiming to be a YouTube personality TexasVeteran. He admitted to soliciting and accepting money because he's "struggling to feed himself", then using "leftovers" to buy a rifle.
If this is legit, please by all means correct me. You're soliciting people to follow your gab, the least you could do is:
-
Say "Thank you Voat for all your support" in a video.
-
Make a comment on said video with the same message.
-
Take a pic of what you see at the border, and upload it here.
-
Take a pic of your video setup for your live streams, draw a little goat/your username @ Voat, date and time, place it in the frame of where the live stream takes place, and post it.
All of this can be done anonymously. Please prove me wrong in thinking you're just shilling or stealing a redditor's work with the links, and/or copying an already existing persona as your own. It would be a shame if some random youtuber asked the OP of the video to confirm or deny if http://voat.co/user/TexasVet is actually his account...

I'm still amazed that people fall for cyber-begging. It's ALWAYS a scam, you dumb cunts. Anybody that has so little shame that they'd beg for money isn't going to be honest with you.
Give of your time, your attention and labor. NEVER give money.

No veteran I know would stoop to the level of begging. The same goes for the bums on the sidewalk with their cardboard signs. It's always a scam.

Vets aren't Gods. They're men, just like the rest of us. Some are weaker than others.

If they are in fact veterans
