Most people in the leadership position would agree with that statement. They just won't say it out loud.
If they don't believe that they would have never climbed the social ladder in the first place. I actually liked Tywin alot because I see myself in him.
The difference is, if you run for public office, you should be serving the public in general, not your family and supporters only, and you certainly shouldn't be using public funding to "look after your family and supporters."
