This is an obviously dangerous bill and a tool for cloaking censorship as "saving the children!". Likely sponsored by Google and Facebook to squash their young and poorly funded competition. It would ultimately suppress any and all small upstart companies like Minds.com and VOAT with a wave of legal actions.

Shutting down dissenting voices would not be just a trigger pull away, a knee jerk action, whenever some agency feels upset that the public is getting around the MSM wall of propaganda and tailored narratives...BOOM! False Flag Child porn on the website +/- solicitations = legal action sufficient to destroy any small business. The power of the state cannot overwhelm Google but it can overwhelm VOAT.

And while they are obsessed with this bill, here is what they have ignored for over a decade:

"The gangs want virgins and girls who are free of sexual diseases. Most of the men buying sex with the girls have Muslim wives and they don't want to risk infection. The younger you look, the more saleable you are."

Site owners will never be able to keep up with the lawsuits, as soon as you fight off one they will just launch another. How long do you fight and when is it just not worth it?

Exactly. People will raise this issue and then other will say that the legal system will sort it out. But the legal system will then just bankrupt the competition as they defend the countless false flags thrown up by Google share holders and puppet accounts and troll farms.
