This bill is being voted on in the House which will be the death of our beloved Voat, we cannot allow this to happen, WRITE, EMAIL and CALL your Congressman!!!

If this law passes all (((they))) have to do to shut down ANY site is to False Flag sex trafficking and the Feds will move on the site's owners; namely our beloved @puttitout. This must be stopped at all costs!

Please be very careful with this and, before emailing your representative, READ THE DAMN BILL! There's nothing there that sounds malicious, so make sure to make clear that you're not just raging because you were told to rage. I personally used an analogy to SWATing, explained how hiding your IP is drop-dead easy and through in my own version of "think of the children!".

A very good point, I did ask people to contact their Congressman but I didn't mention to be polite but firm.

Also, to any of you who will be spreading this across platforms please don't make my mistake and please instruct your audience on proper protocol when dealing with an elected official.
