Every single thing I posted in the thread you linked is protected by the First Amendment.

• As the SCOTUS recently ruled, there is no exception for "hate speech" in the First Amendment. Furthermore, "hate speech" is so ill defined that the term is essentially meaningless.
• There is no "discrimination" of immigrants whatsoever in that post, either. There is a stated disgust for illegal aliens, but those aren't immigrants. They're criminals.
• "Our" immigrants? So you're saying you ShareBlue faggots own them? They're your slaves?
• Telling criminals to follow the law or leave is not incitement to anything other than (surprise, surprise) following the law or getting the fuck out.
• Telling other Americans to report illegal criminals to ICE is telling people to follow the law.

So what, exactly, are you going to report? You can cry "hate speech" all you want, but that doesn't make it actionable. But you know what? You're welcome to the same invitation I gave the illegals, which is GET. THE. FUCK. OUT. You want hate speech? I hate you.
