Post-WW2 pretty much every non-US country worth a damn was in the shitter from having been through WW2. The U.S. manufacturing sector was untouched. Those are pretty well undeniable facts. Once those other countries finished rebuilding and we actually had competition again, all the economic rules started coming back into play.
How was it not a stimulus for the U.S.? We saw monstrous increases in manufacturing to support the war effort. We saw unemployment go from 15% to about 2%. If any President could've gotten that without a war Republicans and Democrats would be building shrines to that motherfucker and sacrificing virginial maidens to it.
The only stimulus was Rothschild money funding the war. If it was is such a stimulus, and we've been in Iraq & Afghanistan this whole time, how did the recession of '08 ever hit? Why the bank bailouts? Why did they continue to shut down armories & military bases?
Why did the WWII war effort involve collecting scrap metal like soup cans to support the war effort? Why did people donate hair for clothing?
Fuck, after the war we had to pay to rebuild Japan and Germany. My grandparents and everyone else I knew in that generation were poor as fuck all through out the 50's. Man, I wish they were still alive so I could tell them they were actually rich because the internet said WWII was a stimulus because manufacturing.
