Who to say it's not allowed to be discussed . Noone would delete it unless it clearly violated rules. But anyone thinking of doing that knows they will get hate for it. Free to to have an opinion doesn't mean people aren't free to criticize it. This isn't reddit where if things get deleted because mods don't like it. There has to be a reason, Usually things get deleted after breaking a rule within a subverse.
