Wow. It's been just over a month since we got this particular party started thanks to @clamhurt_legbeard.
A good few of you used this as an opportunity to knock out a single push up and a single pull up. Others saw it as an opportunity to share their workout for the day to encourage others to push themselves further. @Native's diligence in posting despite the outages of the site and cross posting to poal's redpill sub were incredible.
@22trilionAsecond mentioned bringing back the various fitness challenges we did several months ago. I'll keep that in mind when the ddos attacks this cycle pause. Any in particular the rest of you think we should work on? September is right around the corner, so I'm thinking it might be time to prepare ourselves for another no fap or no porn challenge first. Either way, I'd like fellow posters and lurkers thoughts.
As always, the only challenge now is to perform one push up and one pull up today. If you're injured or recovering from an injury, prioritize healing. No need to injury yourself further.
