This ddos thing on voat is indeed annoying, but despite that here's Saturdays posting.
That's right. We're closing on thirty days now. @Native's taking the weekend off on the posting, but you guys are only being challenged to perform one pushup and one pull up. Simple and easy you can include it into your morning warm ups, like I do. Thank @clamhurt_legbeard for starting this one.
As before, take care of yourself. You should always listen to your body when doing any exercise, even light ones like this. Pain is god's way of telling you that something is wrong. If you've had any surgery or an injury over the past few months and you're still recovering, prioritize letting your body heal first. Take care of yourselves.
And as always, if you're not seeing what you believe to be red pill content, it's likely because you're not sharing any.

Did 50 pushups and 30 wide leg squats, followed by 25min on the eliptical. Will have to knock out my pullup a little later. Feeling good and losing weight!

Did my 20 pushups, weight machine presses, pull downs and butterflies. Will do more later for sure. I have a lot of work about the house but getting that down in between.

Its my rest day so I started with 5 minutes on the rowing machine, ran some combos on the heavy bag, did one pushup and one pullup and then hit the steam room.
