Since making that post I have had the following missed days:

  1. The period between my wife going into labor and us being discharged from the hospital

  2. One day when I had a baby on me and got distracted from doing it right before bed.

I doubt my wife will go into labor again anytime soon (lol), plus it was a workout anyway. The amount of counterpressure needed was unreal....

So I only need to worry about the other thing. I've been doing them right before bed, but I think a better solution is do them in the morning. That way, if I miss that opportunity I have plenty of time left to make up for it.

I also bumped up my goal to at last 2 pullups, and five times as many pushups as pullups. Isn't it great? But I can still drop down to one if I need to.

Yup your household is quite active now isn’t it!

I’m with you on doing it in the morning because the adrenaline gets going and helps wake me up while doing it at night keeps me up.

I hope others see this and follow through

Don't forget, no furnace in the winter or A/C in the summer. I'm A/C-free so far this summer. I need the furnace to survive the winters though.

Excellent!

I just have access to a pull up bar ...

I literally hung from a ledge at work for my pull ups

I only have door frames around me ... Hmm. Gonna start looking for places that I won’t pull the door frame off.

Same here

I did 55 pushups this morning before work. I'll get to the rest after work.
