As Voat is a beautiful way for us to share info ,the laft has been also constantly watching as well and they created a way to try silence us and keep us in the dark. So they had hackers create some program to swamp Voat with 1000's of hits to choke it. Voat showed a map where most of the traffic was coming from and it was China Russia,India etc so that alone rang alarm bells to me. When I now log on to Voat a note is shown that it is checking my 0's and 1's etc so this is probably now a system they have in place to stop the hacking
Yes, ever since the major attack the other day I've had the same experience. Started refreshing the page and it usually comes right up - but not every time.
I get a goat page first showing it’s down but sometimes when I hit the address line then ‘go’ sorta like a refresh the page at times will come up. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Its a result of being over the target. Lots of people do not like that there are places on the internet which allow free speech. They are working hard to bring it down.
