I’ve posted and can’t see my post. Not sure if it’s bc I’m a noobie to our new GA platform or just me. In addition, I’ve already seen some disturbing, hateful, vulgar rhetoric on here, that makes me uncomfortable on this site! What’s up w that?!! That is not what ‘We are Q’ is about.
I don't care for racist or hateful rhetoric, but to be fair, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions, no matter what those thoughts and opinions might be. And with the internet as the modern public square, I believe we should be careful about taking away peoples' ability to express their thoughts and opinions just because someone decided that those thoughts and opinions are doubleplusungood badthink. There's an apocryphal quote by Patrick Henry... "I disapprove of what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it.", or something to that effect. Voat is one of the very very few places online that actually lives up to that ideal. Reddit... well not so much these days. And the Voat community was nice enough to welcome GA with open arms. Yes, if you go poking around Voat you'll find some views or language that you may find objectionable. If, so maybe leave the participants to it and focus on a conversation where you have something meaningful to contribute.
