Your mods ,in their Infinite Wisdom, put in place a Subverse specific voating restriction.
On Voat, you are allowed to alter a user created sub's voating rules, but it does 2 things.
It removes the Sub from v/all. No one on the site can see this sub or your posts unless we are physically in it.
Basically, you went private.
Because your sub is basically private, none of the CCP you earn here counts towards your actual CCP. You all have zero CCP, because you haven't learned it in a sub that is public.
The reason why the site owner did this is to protect us from vote farming. You know what you guys have attempted to do. Hide in a private sub an upvote each other to circumvent the site restrictions.
On Voat you have to earn your points and you have to do it honestly. It is not above board, if the entire site is not able to vote up and down in response to your comment.
That is why your sub's 5 ccp to downvoat requirement has disqualified you from earning CCP that would have allowed you to participate on the rest of the site.
Check user profile. This is a goat sharing wisdom and asking important questions. Listen, please, as we are the newfriends here. Upvotes from comments in this subverse don't count toward CCP, you'll have to farm it elsewhere.
Also @buffalorev1 and anyone else reading, this is a mod decision, not an admin one. No one is trying to keep you separate from voat except your own mods/community.
Integrate. Realize reddit is cancer (and was LONG before you were effected). Realize this whole thread and attempt to get upvoats is useless AND cancerous.

v/theA has been set so that upvoats don't count toward your site-wide CCP. You'll have to comment on other subverses to earn them.
