what's an alternate antivirus to trust?

BRAVE browser.

Built in TOR so if you ever need to visit a website that you don't want your IP attached to like Reddit or Amazon or Wikipedia, then it works good.

Also has built in Ad Block and blocks trackers. It's also faster than any browser.

Username checks out.

You niggers should be using Vivaldi with a VPN server. TOR is shit and shouldn't be used by ANYONE. A) The military developed it. B) A datacenter in UTAH had fun becoming 99.9% of the exit nodes with a minuscule amount of their total computational power.

Why Vivaldi? It's built on Chromium just like brave, except it's not open sourced like brave iirc

The C++ source code can be viewed but the display HTML CSS is "private."

Brave was made by the firefox dev guy and I don't fully trust it, and I also just like the customization/features better. I don't need some 'pro adblocker.'

Why don't you trust the FF guy? He was what made FF respectable. It went downhill once they booted him. They booted him for his pro-life and anti-fag marriage donations.

But anyway, you're free to use what you want obviously. To be fair, vivaldi has always been a close second option for me. What I can't stand is people using the Chinese Spyware Opera.
