I'm not a lawyer but I suspect that this will be one of the points that the defense will make at trial. If they show that this is what they were trained to do it will be hard to convict them.

(I will say that the picture in this article looks more like a ‘skull-ride’ however, than the more common shoulder-pin type of technique, but it also does not impinge anything vital).
Actually, I have. And there are ways to tell if someone is unconscious or faking. You are not in complete control of your nervous system. Actually, you literally may be under less control than most. But that's another topic.
I doubt the frequency of cops killing niggers has gone up due to training techniques, I'd give more credence to such an increase being attributed to rising criminality & anti authoritarianism amongst niggers.
