Is the final number total of Jews in Germany or total of Jews in Russian occupied camps in Germany?

The official narrative today claims that only Russian occupied camps were used as death camps in Germany.

@dooob strangely enough, only the Russian-occupied camps prevented the Red Cross from coming in and taking stock of what happened where.

The ones they were allowed into after the original claims of being death camps wound up being exonerated.

If my memory serves me right, death camps were found only on Russian occupied camps.

But then we got the Soviet's own records and now we know that not even the Russian-occupied camps were death camps.
