I was doing a lot of back and forth with my mostly retarded (and drunk) friend about this recently and we eventually came up with the :

"how many $$$ would it cost for him to take 5 seconds out of his morning coffee and walk to the Embassy window part the little curtains and wave and dance a bit, maybe show a little nipple"

so considering that 5 seconds hasn't happened (as far as i'm aware) we can at least assume the dude ain't at the embassy anymore?
