I'm going to open this up with a formal apology to the following people:
Approximately 1.5 months ago, SLB posted the following to v/pizzagate regarding a "pizza slice" they claimed to have found in Outer Wilds (in reference to what looks like a "boy lover triangle spiral" visual asset in the game):
https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/3588956/
It it my fault that the above was not taken seriously, not Crensch's. I am very sorry for the disruption I caused, because, while looking into the history of another user, @KillerKap (who I will have to ping in the comments here), I found a similar claim from approximately 9 months ago by that user – who included a video (no longer available) in their post:
https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/3260518/
@Sitnikoff (who I will also ping in the comments here) answered some of KillerKap's questions, using the wikipedia page for Outer Wilds as a source.
I decided it was time I put more effort in on this one, and dug a little deeper into the relevant wikipedia entries. I quickly discovered the following chain:
In March 2018, Mobius announced it had received funding support from publisher Annapurna Interactive, which bought out the investment and rights from Fig, and that the game was planned for release in 2018.[9][10]
Outer Wilds <- Annapurna Interactive <- [Annapurna Pictures; The Weinstein Company, Plan B Entertainment & a few other Hollywood 'Giants'/assets which consistently come up in my research]
This financial backing, and chain of Hollywood assets, calls into question the extremely positive acclaim afforded to Outer Wilds – which somehow managed to win 4 separate Game of the Year Awards in 2019 alone. Frankly, the game isn't all that appealing in my own personal opinion; I am bewildered by this outpouring of esteem (especially considering that the game doesn't appear to have many, if any, voice actors at all for the characters).
With my interest piqued, it was time to see if I could actually find footage of the game sporting a "boy lover triangle spiral".
First semi-verifiable instance comes at the top of a polygon.com walkthrough article:
https://www.polygon.com/outer-wilds-guide/2019/10/16/20910178/giants-deep-gabbro-memory-statues-workshop-construction-yard-tornado-jellyfish-probe-tracking-module | https://archive.is/iB4Ch | image via catbox
Note that one of the entities which awarded Game of the Year to Outer Wilds in 2019, was none other than the same Polygon which posted the above guide.
I also scoured through many gameplay videos until finally finding one which once and for all settles whether or not the game contains a "boy lover triangle spiral" visual asset:

Again, I sincerely apologize for the disruption I caused and for not doing some proper digging on this a month and a half ago. I now see good reason to be suspicious of the money and influence involved with this game and the now-confirmed presence of visual assets which resemble the "boy lover triangle spiral", though I am skeptical about some of the other speculative points regarding indoctrination by the game's story.

Here's a thought.
Quit trying to be something you're not.
You're not insightful, or thoughtful. Not patient, or kind.
You've boasted and bragged about yourself, to the point where no decent person wants anything to do with you.
You Are A Thin Skinned Bullying Blood Drinking Satanist
How about you piss off, and quit making false accusations against people you know nothing about.
Then you won't need to apologize for all the damage you cause.
